Next Day Delivery Service (Mon - Fri)
For an extra £3.75 your order can be upgraded to our Next Day Delivery service service. Any order recieved before 1pm will be dispatched the same day for next day delivery. Any order received after this time will not qualify for next day delivery but will be dispatched the following day. Items ordered between 1.01pm on Thursday and 1.01pm on a Friday will be dispatched for delivery on Monday. Items ordered after 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
If you are placing an order for more than 4 mugs please contact us before selecting the Next Day service as we may not be able to guarantee their production for the next day.
We use Royal Mail Next Day Delivery for our courier service, so a signature will be required to receive your order.
We do not accept liability for items not received when you have supplied an incorrect address.
We reserve the right to amend delivery dates in the event of unexpected circumstances. In these circumstances you will be informed and have the right to cancel where a full refund will be provided.
Cancellations & Returns
You have the right to cancel any product that has not been personalised, or return any product that has not been personalised within the statutory period. Products that have been personalised can be cancelled if we have not started their production, and written confirmation of the cancellation is recieved by us before we begin production. Personalised products cannot be returned unless deemed faulty by us.
We will not refund any product where incorrect information or images have been entered by you on our website, this includes spelling mistakes and incorrect images.
We will not refund any product where the colour received does not exactly match that displayed on your monitor. Colour can appear different on different monitors, and as such we will do our best to match but will not be liable.
Returned items must be returned in their original packaging and postage paid for by the customer.
