Shipping & Returns

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), however during busy periods such as Christmas it can take up to 2 working days. Orders of more than 6 mugs are subject to a 48 hour dispatch during times of heavy traffic.

All our product prices are inclusive of standard delivery, and are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class. Alternatively an upgrade to 1st Class postage costs an extra £2.95 per order. Orders usually take from 1-5 working days to be delivered. Timescales for the delivery of all products are approximate. We do not accept responsibility for the delay of shipping under any circumstances. We will not investigate or refund any order not received until after 21 working days of your order being dispatched.

Bank Holiday and Weekend Dispatch and Delivery
No orders will be dispatched on a Saturday, Sunday or any Public Holiday. Any orders received on these days will be dispatched on the next working day. This includes both standard and Next Day delivery orders.
Standard orders may be delivered on a Saturday by Royal Mail, however our Next Day Courier service will only deliver Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If you require a guaranteed Saturday delivery please use our Saturday Delivery Service (see below).

Next Working Day Delivery Service (Mon - Fri)
For an extra £5.95 your order can be upgraded to our Next Day Delivery service service. Any order recieved before 1pm will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery. Any order received after this time will not qualify for next day delivery but will be dispatched the following day. Items ordered between 1.01pm on Thursday and 1.01pm on a Friday will be dispatched for delivery on Monday. Items ordered after 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

If you are placing an order for more than 4 mugs please contact us before selecting the Next Day service as we may not be able to guarantee their production for the next day.

If you are using our Next Day Delivery service a signature will be required to receive your order.

We do not accept liability for items not received when you have supplied an incorrect address.

We reserve the right to amend delivery dates in the event of unexpected circumstances. In these circumstances you will be informed and have the right to cancel where a full refund will be provided.

Saturday Delivery
If you need your personalised mug delivered on a Saturday, our Saturday service is just for you! Our Saturday service is available to any order placed before 2pm on Friday and is delivered using Royal Mail Next Day Delivery. There is an upgrade fee of £9.99 on each order placed with Saturday Delivery.

If your delivery is delayed due to adverse weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control we will refund your next day delivery service only and not the price of the product.

Cancellations & Returns

You have the right to cancel any product that has not been personalised, or return any product that has not been personalised within the statutory period. Products that have been personalised can be cancelled if we have not started their production, and written confirmation of the cancellation is recieved by us before we begin production. Personalised products cannot be returned unless deemed faulty by us.

We will not refund any product where incorrect information or images have been entered by you on our website, this includes spelling mistakes and incorrect images.

We will not refund any product where the colour received does not exactly match that displayed on your monitor. Colour can appear different on different monitors, and as such we will do our best to match but will not be liable.

Returned items must be returned in their original packaging and postage paid for by the customer.
